- Remove peeling paint and surface sanding where necessary
- Apply primer to scratched and rough areas
- Repair minor cracks and nicks with patching materials
- Remove and replace hardware as needed
- Remove and replace plug and switch plates
- Blinds and curtains are removed and replaced when needed
- Drop cloths for furniture and floor
- Masking of windows, hardware and light fixtures
- Remove surplus materials and debris from the site daily and also at the completion of the job
- Walk-through with customer to ensure complete satisfaction
